Livea Living Real Estate L.L.C (“Livea Living”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate brokerage licensed in Dubai, RERA ORN 63007, located at Office 214, 2nd Floor, Infinity Business Center, Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit livealiving.com or contact us.

What we collect. When you submit a form, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of property service you are interested in and anything you include in your message. When you visit our website, we and our advertising partners collect technical data through cookies and similar tools, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and the ad that brought you to us.

How we use it. We use your data to respond to your enquiry, provide real estate advice and services, arrange viewings and transactions, send you relevant property information you have asked for, measure and improve our website and advertising, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those of the Dubai Land Department and RERA.

Who we share it with. We share your data only where needed: with our brokers and staff; with developers, landlords, sellers or other agents involved in a property you are interested in; with service providers who support our business, such as our CRM, email, messaging and website hosting providers; with advertising and analytics providers such as Google and Meta; and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies. Our website uses cookies to make it work, to measure visits and to measure the results of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
